Upgrade call

01754 491857 0141 673 8731 these two numbers called me today about upgrading me old phone and said my bill can be reduced I followed through with questions now looking back on it I’m worried I may be scammed little help appreciated

@Mrswift : All that can be said is that they are not from 1 of EE's Direct partners. Both give an unknown continuous tone.

i think the same thing has happened to me i received a call about an upgrade to an iphone 14 pro max for £50 a month and the phone sent out was a 14 plus with the bill being £74. have been trying to cancel for days. weird.
