@Emmarogers if you require content lock to be removed you need to call customer service and request this you also need a credit card to pay a refundable token or you can go to an EE store to request this you will need to have in date photo ID with you.

If that was the full outstanding balance, the restrictions should be lifted within 24 hours of us receiving the payment.
