Password changed by someone else

Hi I have just received an email my password has changed. I have now changed it again. I cannot contact ee.

Hi @Derekmac 

Have you tried logging into your account (not via the link in the email), if you have changed this then again do not use the link i n the email. Also set up the 2 stage authentication. 

The email sounds like a phishing email.

I can understand your concern with an email like this.

As @Northerner mentioned, it could be a phishing email. 

What email address did the email come from? Can you send over a screenshot of the email, blocking out any personal details like your email, full name and account number?
