Hi I'm receiving calls from 0843 122 8595 claiming that as a loyalty bonus I can get a discount on my current monthly payments if I renew, no other changes to contract or number. Is this legit? Thanks

I don't recognise the number. If you would like to discuss your upgrade options, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.

FYI - I asked the caller to email me the details of their offer and below  is what they sent.

What's sneaky about it is that on the phone they disguise the fact they are not calling on behalf of EE. Their line is that you are being rewarded for being a reliable customer...
