My aged mum has received a termination of account warning and demand for payment from EE but she has no account or service with them. I am a customer of there's and tried to ring 150 of my own handset but there are no suitable options to select, any advice on how to get to the bottom of this?

Hello @morris_1963 ,

Welcome to the community,

You may need to have your mother near you to make this call and here are ways to contact them, using the free number:

https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile

This could be a scam, have you checked what the address or phone number is and link? Might help if you post that here without any personal details, also give the information to EE, it could be a scam.

Sorry this has happened to you and your mother.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
