How can I tell someone is listening in on phone calls

How can I tell if someone is listening in or recording my phone calls .also knowing my text messages and how are they doing it .any help please

Hi @Manero27 

You have your account linked to another device is the most likely explanation. 

You can normally go into Google/iTunes and remove old devices.
