@Sunnylondon content lock is on be default. If you with to remove content lock you need to call customer services and with a credit card pay a refundable token to have content lock removed or you have to go to an EE store with photo ID to make this request. Once content lock is off you can then turn if on/off or to moderate via the my EE app via settings and permissions.
