Hi,
Setting up an iphone 15 on iOS 26.2.
First issue was that the new phone indicated that the ee esim was not compatible. Device is unlocked, UK device with no existing sims in place. Added it to old phone to prove it was valid, which worked. Tried to migrate to new phone, still not supported. Deleted esim from old phone, but now need a new esim. Cannot link account as I d not have the phone unmber and there is no indication of it in any emails!
Any thoughts on how to proceed?

I believe you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about a new SIM.
As for the iPhone issue where did you get the iPhone.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. The phone was a refurb from Amazon, but that all appears to be fixed now. The Sim I spoke to an advisor n, and then dropped into a shop to get a physical sim for now. All up and working thankfully.
