eSIM will not transfer to new phone.

app not working and why is it so difficult to speak to someone.

Can you try and transfer the eSIM this morning, does this work for you? 

Our mobile guides are available Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm, full contact details can be found on our Contact us page.
