eSIM from Three to EE

It has been 48 hours since my number was transferred from Three to EE and I have no signal whatsoever.  I downloaded the nee eSim and nothing.  I now have no phone to use unless I am on wifi.  The store have told me they cannot  help me and customer services are saying it can take up to 7 days for the number to come over which to me is crazy. Is this true and does anyone have any advice.

A PAC is normally actioned the working day after you submit it. If you port-in at the same time as a new order, the PAC is usually submitted on the day you activate your new SIM.

Hi @Tohue

Welcome to the community.

You should still have signal on the phone even if your number had or hadn't moved over, as it would be active on a temporary number.

As @bristolian mentioned, your number should port over the next working day after the SIM is activated.

If the SIM is still not active and there is no signal, I'd recommend getting back in touch with our tech guides so they can look into this further.
