When will my number change

I ordered a new subscription sim and requested to keep my old number using the PAC code. The sim arrived  yesterday but the number hasn't been changed and I don't seem to have the credit I paid for with subscription?

It should change within 1 working day of activating your new SIM.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
