Transfer my number

I have my PAC number and have checked several times to make sure it is correct but every time I attempt to transfer it asks to check if it is correct. Please can this be solved as I have been trying this since Saturday. I only moved as I could take the number with me.

If you call customer services on 150 they will be happy to process your port in request.
