Swooping sim

Hi.

I have just had sim only contract with EE,the problem I have is my card was set up with my iPhone 12pro max but I have a Samsung S21 ultra.

I had the number swopped so I still have my old number but when I swop the sim into my S21 it shows the new number not my old number which I have had for years,I did think the number is on the Sim not the phone.

@jace07  Did you receive a new sim ?   If you did it can take a few hours for the number to change to the new sim.  Have you tried restarting the device? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It's all working fine,5G and everything and yes it was a new sim with a new number on it which i swapped to my old number and all works A1 on my iPhone.

i just wanted to try my S21 with this SIM in but when i do that i get the new number that came on the SIM,it doesn't show my old number but when i change it back to my iPhone it's all fine on my old number.

If you call another phone with the SIM in the Samsung, does it show up the old or new number on the caller ID?
