In march I ordered a sim only plan for my iPhone 13 Pro Max and it was in an Esim, I have now sold that phone and wiped out the Esim on that device and I ordered a physical sim for my new phone but somehow the sim doesn’t work for my new phone, I have payed all the bills on time and I still have 150g of data left for this month

Did you activate the replacement SIM card?

I haven’t activated the sim currently and I do not have any service. I couldn’t activate the sim because it requires me to have my old sim to receive a text but my previous Esim is wiped out

To activate the SIM card, you would need to call us on 0800 079 8586 from any other phone. 

 

The team will get this up and running for you 🙂
