Sim internet and calls delivered as a name of Private Number

My sim internet not working in different phone samsung galaxy f23 model.

When am calling it to someone in their phone my number is showing Private Number

@Vairamuthu   Your number is set to withheld 

• Open the Phone app.

• Tap the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.

• Select Settings.

• Tap Supplementary services.

• Tap Show your caller ID.

• Select Always (or Network default) to make your number visible to people you call.

as for the data do you have EEs APN settings on this device?  Have a read of THIS
