SIM card

I have just received a new iPhone handset due to a damaged phone.

I went to remove SIM card from old phone before I handed it over and there wasn’t a SIM card inside phone.

On my new phone I have just received, I can’t make calls as no SIM card in phone and don’t currently have a phone number.

Thanks for coming here. 

You will need to request a replacement SIM card, to do this please call us from any other phone on 07953 966 150 or visit an EE Store with photo ID and the team will provide a replacement SIM card.
