Hi. I have just ordered a replacement sim card as mine is damaged. I ordered online and the confirmation showed a different phone number. Is this normal?

Thanks. I did yes but then realised I ordered on the wrong account as I
look after my elderly moms account too and I did it on hers so it was user
error 🙂
I have reordered.
