Did you ever get a resolution to this port-in issue? I’ve waited 8 days so far. I can see from my previous provider that my number has been ported out but that’s all I know. EE have been less than helpful.

My number was successfully ported it took about a week, the port had slit or something when I spoke to the technical team. I know they don't include Saturday and Sunday. My number ported on a Monday and it was the following Monday night Tuesday morning when the port had completed. Hope this helps.
