New SIM came with PIN PUK and temp number printed, what happens after number transfer, so permanent number will replace the temp number that we know but will PIN and PUK be same after number transfer on same SIM?

 

If not how to get PUK?

The PIN & PUK remain the same. Only the mobile no. changes.
