I requested to cancel my contract and for a pac code. It seems I have been disconnected already without being given time to transfer my number over and unable to use my current phone. My online account isn’t showing I have any current plans with ee but my contract also wasn’t due to end until the middle of June. I’m a bit stuck as to what to do. Any help would be much appreciated!

You don't both cancel & ask for PAC at same time. It's 1 or t'other! If you are still within your 30-day notice period you could try & call CS to cancel your cancellation.

Through the website I clicked on the link to say I wanted to cancel and take my number elsewhere. I had a text with my pac code and in the same message telling me how much would be added to my final bill. I do not understand why I have been disconnected straight away.

I haven’t had any signal either and put it down to me cancelling my contract (although didn’t think it would disconnect straight away)
