Old Number Not ported

Had to swap to EE Sim from Plusnet on 21st December, PAC code obtained and supplied etc and confirmation email said it would be active in 24 hours. We're now at January 3rd and I still don't have my old number ported across?

Thanks for coming here. 

Have you received and used the EE SIM card in a device to start the number transfer? 

Once the SIM is registered on the EE network the number port will be set for the next working day if this is completed before 5:30pm.
