Number transfer

I transferred my number from Three to EE, yesterday morning I got message that transfer is done and my number is working now. The problem is, I can’t get any messages, I can send them, everybody can call me, but messages not coming. May you help me with that please

@Sjustuxxx , does your Three SIM card still work? It may take until the evening before the EE SIM card works. Have you rebooted your phone to see if it is working at all?

It may be worth ringing customer service to make sure that they have activated your number, you can see ways of ringing customer service below.

Are you receiving calls to your ported-in number? What happens if you text yourself (on either number) - which do you receive?

EE-CS have access to your individual account, but the above tests may be useful.
