No service on new phone

I’ve just upgraded my phone from the I phone 13 pro to the iPhone 15 I’ve done what I believe needed to be done but now I have no service at all and doesn’t say I’m connected to the EE network. I thought putting my old sim in from my 13 would work but I have had no joy any help would be appreciated, I can’t call EE customer support either

Does the old SIM card show signal if you put this back into the iPhone 13? 

Did you receive a new SIM?

After I put it in the 15 it doesn’t work on the 13 no more and no I didn’t get a new sim with the phone

Could you check to see if you have an envelope to see if there is a SIM card within the packaging?

In this case, please get in touch with our mobile guides by calling from another phone, or logging into the EE app and selecting message us from the Help section if this is showing as available. They will be able to get this looked into for you.
