Help required please. My mobile working fine yesterday. Turned it on this morning, and I'm getting No Sim - No Service message, so can't ring 150 for help. All software is up to date, and I have a monthly plan in contract, all paid up to date. I've taken sim card out and restarted phone. My phones a Verve Connect IMO Q5, about a month old. Can anyone help please ?

Thanks so much for taking the trouble to reply. I don't have another sim, but I just tried the sim in my old phone, and it's working - put the sim back in my new phone, and it's working again now. I'd taken it out and replaced several times prior, without success, so not really sure what's going on. I'm suspecting it might be the phone - I've had it about a month ?

As @Katie_B says, get in touch with EE CS on 150 if the issue comes back
