New sim issues

I activated my new sim in new phone last night. But I can't make or receive calls. Help

Do you have a signal on the phone?

 

How did you activate your SIM?

 

Can you try restarting your phone?

Yes I have signal and I activated last night. Everything else works just not phone or txt messages
