New phone sim not provisioned

I got my my new iPhone 13 yesterday.  But I’ve had no service. I’ve activated my sim and tried turning my phone off and back on.  Can you help?

@Psychicsuz  Are you connected to Wi-Fi ?  If you are turn off Wi-Fi and restart the device.  

HERE are a few other things you can try. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
