Family member is currently with02  and contract ending soon and wants a new iphone 12. I am with EE so how easy is it to change from 02 to EE.  One option is to purchase the phone up front and contract on SIM  only. Can she keep her existing phone No?  Any advice/.

@Cysgi21 : Get your PAC from your existing network so you can port your no. Order an EE SIM. Whilst ordering you will be asked for your PAC. When you receive your EE SIM & activate it, your no. should be ported within 1 working day.
