Lost sim

Hello, I am traveling in Bali and have lost my sim. How can I get a new sim with same number delivered? I desperately need it for online banking etc etc

Hi @Archieclarke123

Welcome to the community.

First thing you need to do is get the SIM reported as lost and blocked. We can then organise to get a replacement SIM sent to the account address, where hopefully someone can forward it to you.

@Archieclarke123  You will have to call customer services to request a replacement SIM card.  That sim will be sent to the billing address. It will need to be activated by someone within the UK then someone will then have to post it to you.  EE do not post SIM cards abroad. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

eSIM would be the quickest way - it shouldn't need to be 'activated' on the home network either, unlike a physical SIM
