Over the last week or so, I’ve experienced “invalid sim” and “sim failure”. I’ve managed it by restarting my phone. Is this an indication my SIM card is likely to fail completely or is it just a blip?
I can’t afford to be without my phone, so should I ask for a replacement SIM?
I’ve been an EE SIM only customer for over 18 months with no previous issues.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @NW_Saint
You would need to log into your My EE account to order the SIM. Does this link work for you Replace your SIM / eSIM (ee.co.uk)?
Leanne.

Hi @NW_Saint
Thanks for coming back to the community.
Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if the same happens?
You can order a replacement SIM card online, or pop into an EE Store with photo ID and the store can set you up with a new SIM.

Thanks, the link doesn’t seem to be working at the moment, but will try again later.

Hi Leanne,
Yes, that link works fine. The other one gives an error when I try and log in.
Thanks
