@Rbalamudi   Then order one from the shop or actually go to an EE store to get one. 
You’ll not get one ordered coming to a public forum. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Do you need a new EE Sim card on pay as you go or pay monthly? 

Or, do you need a replacement SIM for an existing EE number?
