Hi ,I lost my phone and I need a new sim card with same number please how do I request one

Welcome to the community,

You can log into your account and go to settings and report it there by scroling down to device and sim and click on lost/stolen device, ring customer service, or go into an EE store with some form of ID.

You can ring EE either via another phone or if you have something like Skype here is the number: 08000798586.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thanks for coming here. 

To report the phone as lost, you would need to call us on +44 7953966250, and select the option for lost and stolen. 

Our Mobile Care team will block the phone and SIM card for you and send you a replacement SIM card with the same number.

Hiya i have lost my phone and need the same number if possible sending out on a new sim card please

Please contact our mobile care team to report the phone as lost, by calling us on +44 7953966250, and select the option for lost and stolen.

The team will block the SIM card for you and send you a replacement SIM card with the same number.

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear that your SIM has been lost. I recommend following the instructions on our Lost and Stolen help page to get this reported, the old SIM cancelled and a replacement one sent.
