How do I get an e-sim to replace my physical one?
2 calls to 150, just getting the runaround.
One says you have to do it on the app, one says you have to do through 150 but system is down, one said it would be fixed last night and option would be on the app. App just sends me to website where only option is another physical SIM.
I'm not asking too much for this to be an obvious process surely?

Hi @Bte123 Do you have an EE pay monthly contract, and not PAYG?
The option to request an eSIM is present in my app, though I can't test it to completion. What stage do you get to?

Yes, I'm on pay monthly.
Both activate a sim and order a new SIM take me to the website.
There is only an option to order a new physical SIM.

Pixel 6 with an existing physical SIM card.
I just want to convert it to e-sim.
