Fromm 02to EE sim

Can anyone help I went from 02 to EE sim and my phone is useless with EE ,when I try using the phone it won’t let me connect it says primary or something else. They are fast to get you involved but I cannot ring them.. cheers

When did you move to EE?

What have you tried, regarding getting connected to EE network? Please give us the steps you have taken, we may be able to help here, without that information we cannot advise you.

As @Schockwave has mentioned, for us to best help here it would be great to know a bit more about what has happened so far since you joined us. 

Based on the details you've mentioned though, it sounds like this is either an issue with your SIM activation, or if you've started the process of swapping your number from O2, a porting issue.

If you are able to call from another phone, you can reach our team on 07953 966 150 and they'll be able to help you investigate.

Alternatively, if this isn't an option you can also visit one of our retail stores, and they could help troubleshoot things for you too.
