Instead ov activatin my esim thev disconnected both sims so got no service...was on hold frm my landline cot cut off at 9 coz it closed 👿

Yes they are, the team are available Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm
and Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
