Esim issues

There seems to be an on going issue with Esim and my phone. I had to reset my phone so went into an EE store to get a new one, as I accidentally deleted the sim at the time of phone reset. I am able to receive notifications, such as emails, texts etc and I can call out but when I browse the Internet it's intermittent and incredibly slow. All the settings are up to date as far as am aware. The first Esim I had the same issues. I've checked the phone status and shows am all connected. I don't understand why am having these issues. I can't use a physical sim as there seems to be a problem with my sim card and my phone.

@Dunks91   If the eSim is connected and you can call out there is no issue with the eSim it’s probably a network or device issue I’m thinking it’s more of a device issue if you also had issues with a SIM card also.   If you moved over to the new eSim then the sim you got for EE will not work as the information on it got moved over to the eSim.   Can you test a different known working sim in your device ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes another sim card works in the phone. Even though we are both on the same network and have the exact phone my partner can use access the Internet everywhere in the same house where as i can't in certain parts of the house.
