ESim deleted no network

Hi ESim was deleted, I cannot call as I have no network, I was told yesterday on chat to download and they will activate and should take 24 hours I have been on chat with somone for nearly 3 hours  who have told be carious things from you are having technical issues activating eSims, the download hasn't worked, you need to go to a store. I have had no network for nearly 2 days now. I need this resolving ASAP

I was upgrading to a new phone from a physical sim to esim and it hasn't transferred or something has gone wrong

Yes 24 hours were up at 12.00 today

As I don’t have any network I am not able to call I can only use the help service through the app which I have been for 2 days unsuccessfully
