Hi @ all 

could someone help with a question. 
I have an iPhone 15 currently on o2 but I want to get a second line with ee as o2 is very bad service around where I live. 
so plan is to downgrade my current plan with O2 and still use my phone but with an additional number. 

I’ve been told I can use an eSIM. 

could any help as I am clueless on tech stuff

Welcome to the community.

Yes, you can take a SIM only plan with EE and convert it to an eSIM through your EE Online account.
