I am abroad and can not call my UK voicemail to check my voicemails. I do not have a pin as no one ever told me I need one abroad, and EE customer service is closed in the UK when I am awake. This is a Business phone. Are you MAD??? You offer a service to businesses. Well-aware business people travel, but I cannot access any tech help or anything when I am awake. My UK phone, which I pay 150 per month, also doesn't work. I cannot make or receive phone calls. What am I paying for??? This is wild. How can you not offer this tech help 24 hours, 7 days a week??? NORMAL in the USA. This is pathetic—poor customer service and not a business-friendly company.

EE's business help site has some specific advice on using voicemail abroad - https://business.ee.co.uk/help/ee-getting-started/voicemail/ - having a voicemail PIN is mentioned.
If you cannot make or receive calls, then the standard advice 're roaming would apply. Does your phone show a connection to a local network in your host country? Did you receive a welcome text message on first arrival?
If your underlying issue is that you don't have roaming enabled, and/or can't make calls - this would have a consequent effect on your ability to call voicemail, in the same way as it would affect your ability to call any number.

Hi @isso
Welcome to the community.
I'm really sorry to hear of your experience with this. You do need a PIN to access voicemails from abroad. If you speak with our business support team, they'll be able to try and get one set up for you.
The team are open 08:00 - 18:00, Monday - Sunday (UK time).

@isso : Did you receive a Welcome text upon arrival?
Are you on contract or PAYG? Had you used that SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad?
If you are on contract, did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150? Having a roaming billing add-on doesn't of itself activate roaming on your a/c. Having roaming activated on your EE a/c, not just on your device, is crucial to using your contract SIM abroad.
Often just rebooting the phone is the simple remedy. Also try selecting a network manually rather than auto.
Otherwise if you are on contract you need to call CS to get your roaming activated. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
