Mobile data is not working abroad and there is absolutely no way to report this. Why not? Because EE does not allow the possibility to enter any information to raise a technical support ticket.
I called their helpline from a friends phone and spent 10 minutes in a loop which said you are in (London postcode) when I am actually abroad!
I am struggling with this can anyone help?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Bloozy
It's concerning to hear that you were without service for 6 to 7 hours .
I can imagine it must have been both frustrating and worrying, given that you were abroad.
I'm glad to hear that you're up and running now though, and if you face any further issues, just let us know.

Suppose that depends what your definition of "reaching out" is..
I can see a whole load of replies on this forum, isn't that several other users "reaching out"?
Or did you "reach out" when you called CS? And if so, was there any need for anyone to "reach back"?
Glad you've got your problem sorted.

If you read my reply I said this forum was about the most helpful part of it however nobody from EE reach out during the ‘outage’ or after whatever it was that happened to explain why there was no data or internet for so many hours and it showed 3G during that time. So yeah it would be helpful if someone from EE would be able to explain what happened so if there is anything I can do to avoid being in that situation again I would know it for future.
