Hi, I have been with you (and t-mobile and all the others before you bought them) since mobile phones were invented.
I have renewed every year and believed my package hadn't changed much. I had Free Roaming as part of my package previously and hardly ever go abroad. I am planning a week away in Feb (Canaries) and now see I have to buy a package? Am I correct or can I still please get this for free just as a back up as there will be free wi-fi where I am staying ? thanks Ian

Good morning @scoots216 👋
Whilst inclusive roaming as standard ended in July 2021, we do still offer some plans that feature this option.
I don't believe the one you've mentioned here includes it as standard, but we do aim to keep options affordable for customers.
If you did want to use this whilst you're away, you pay a flat fee of £2.59 to use your standard UK allowances in any EU destination, or can also opt into a 7 or 12 day pass.
You can find all the details you need over on our roaming pages here 😊

It matters not how long you've been with EE etc. but when you took your current plan out & what plan it is. What is the name of your plan?

When did you take it out? If after July '21, you won't have free roaming anywhere. You can check that out @ Roaming Costs
