Roaming problem in Spain

Hi.  We're on holiday in Fuerteventura and I can call and text my wife's Vodafone mobile no problem.  My kids are on Tesco mobile and can call me but I can only text them. When I call their numbers I get connected to Spanish people!

I've called a UK landline with no issues.

I've checked my roaming settings and all seems ok.

Any suggestions?

Cheers!

Thanks @MattCann

Could you try manually selecting a different network operator and re-try please?

Tap Settings > Connections > Mobile NetworksNetwork operatorsSearch networks

Thanks

Hi @MattCann

Welcome to the community. I hope you're having a lush time in Fuerteventura so far. 🙂

What kind of phone do you have?

Is your roaming and international calling set up in your My EE account?

Re: Roaming problem in Spain

That's great @MattCann 🙂

Sometimes your phone will work better on certain foreign networks than others, it will usually automatically pick up the best one but sometimes you'll need to try a few others.

I hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday 🙂
