In terms of Roaming Data Add-on packs for PAYG customers in Tunisia, it falls within Zone D according to PAYG Price Plan Guide Non-Standard Charges.

This document can be found here and the corresponding info on Page 13: https://ee.co.uk/help/terms-and-conditions/price-plans/mobile/pay-as-you-go-price-plans

In Zone D the packs available are:

4MB Data for 1 Day at £6.52

10MB Data for 1 Day at £13.06

22MB Data for 7 Days at £32.64

50MB Data for 7 Days at £65.32

Otherwise I would advise buying a local SIM for the purposes of Mobile Data while you're there, or purchasing an E-SIM (if your device supports it) from a travel E-SIM provider before you fly out.
