I have a sim only contract since pre brexit.  Up until now I’ve had free eu roaming including all my usual allowances, but reading here I’m now really confused!  Has this gone??

@mandyb73 , you can check your account and add-ons to see what you have. If you are on the same contract, that you had before June/July 2021, then you still have the free roaming.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

If that's the case then why does https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/usa mention "Do you have an EE Max plan or Full Works plan that started before 7th July 2021?" but https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/france (EU) doesn't?

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Screenshot_20250127_073212_Samsung Internet.jpgIt just seems to be an inconsistency in how they list the questions, when answering "Yes" to "Does your plan include EU Roaming?", it assumes you are talking about a plan started before July 2021. Instead of specifically asking "Do you have a plan that started before the 7th of July 2021?"

USA was only ever included on Max or Full Works plans before that date, not on every plan for free, hence they're listed differently from EU Roaming which was a post-brexit loss on all plans.
