Ee roaming

Hi, it's landed in Rhodes a few hours ago and was prompted by sms to buy a zone 1 roaming add on, which i did thinking I'd need it for the network. It mustve thought i was in Turkey because it's close by but moments after I purchased the add on i got the same sms but for greece, which is just a daily rate. The zone 1 add on says waiting but I'd like to cancel it but I'm finding it difficult. Any suggestions would be great thanks

This can happen when you're on the border between different countries, which are in different charging zones.

Using your phone's network selection menus to manually choose an EU-based network is the workaround here.
