Is the wrong answer. The text message shown above IS the response you get from texting ROAMING before leaving the UK, and following the prompts.

The clue is the first sentence "you're all set to roam in Greece" - means roaming is enabled.

So long as the person has enabled roaming on her account, then yes, she is all set up.
