I am in turkey and have a add on and calls and texts was working but now I can only receive texts and not send normal texts and can’t call or receive calls.. international add on ends tomorrow and it only worked for 2 days where I could get calls.. I don’t have a spend cap either the internet is working still I have reset the phone as well

What are you requesting as your post unclear.

If you want to continue the add-on then check your EE app. 

If you cannot make calls/text try manually selecting the network.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
I have an add on for turkey so I can use it for 7 days for internet calls and texts.. it only worked for 2 days and hasn’t worked since apart from my internet. I need to make calls and receive calls as I have hospital appointments and calls as I have cancer. Would you kindly be able to sort this please

What happens when you try making calls?

Have you tried manually selecting an alternative Turkish network, and were the symptoms the same on each?

I am very sorry you've been unable to make and receive calls, and understand how important receiving the hospital calls are for you at this time. 

Could you try manually searching and connecting to another network as @bristolian has suggested?
