just topped my daughter phone up by £20 got 10gb but no calls or txts 

doi have to buy calls n txt seperatly ?

@cturton40  did you purchase a pack or a data add on ?  It sounds like you just purchased a data add on and not a pack that will give you an allowance or minutes/text and data. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You have bought a 30-day 10GB data only add-on for £20. Had you chosen to buy a pack you would have got for £20 a 30-day pack with 30GB data, unlimited minutes & unlimited texts.

If you text ALL PACKS to 150, the reply will let you know which packs are available and how to purchase this when the current pack has expired. 

 

Calls and texts will be chargeable with the pack you have at the moment.
