Voicemail stopped working on my PAYG SIM a while ago. Contacted online support and they said Voicemail is not available on PAYG? Surely a basic service like this should be accessible to all and not just contract phones?
Just a quick update on this. Phoned 150 and customer services sorted it on their end, and then VM ON to 150 worked. So if anyone else has the same problem, phone Tech Support on 150 first!
@Asciana Voicemail is available to PAYG customers. Have you tried texting VM OFF to 150 then restart your device then text VM ON to 150 and then test it.
Yeah i've already tried that. Just said that voicemail isnt setup on the account and i'll need to phone customer services. Guess i'm going to need to do that and hope I get a better response than the online support team.
