Stop Pack

Hi, so every month I pay for a pack and it takes it from my registered credit card and now that we are all home, I would love to stop my pack until further notice. How do I do that?

I sent the message an received reply:
You have asked us to stop your pack. When your current pack ends we will
not add a new one. If you'd like to choose a different pack, go to EE.
ee.co.uk/EE or text ALL PACKS to 150 for more info.

After sending Stop message I've got already 3 messages which ask to for 10£
credit or pack renewal

I wish I can stop using the EE sim,I send stop pack of 15pound data for 25gb,the send a message saying they have stop it. I recharge 40pounds to get the unlimited data monthly and they immediately charge me for the 15pound 25gb. Am very upset and they are of no help. Zero customer service
