Hi i have this issue as well, i topped up 2 days ago and support said it reactivated my number, and yesterday they said i was able to order a new sim which i did and i have not gotten any notification about it.

Today i contacted support again and now they say theres no account linked to my email, Ive already added £5 how is this possible?

Hi @devanshanand354 

SIM cards are sent via post and will arrive within 2-5 working days, you won't receive any tracking details for the SIM.

You won't receive any confirmation for a replacement SIM card.
